Iain Cameron appointed new Chair of Towards Zero Foundation
Iain Cameron has been appointed as the new Chair of the Towards Zero Foundation Board of Trustees. Cameron, a world leader in road safety strategy and policymaking, succeeds Lauchlan McIntosh who is retiring having served as Chair since 2017 and was an inaugural Trustee of Global NCAP from its inception in 2011.
As well as being the Towards Zero Foundation Chair, Iain is an Independent Director of the Australasian New Car Assessment Programme (ANCAP) and Co-Chair of the Commonwealth Road Safety Initiative. He is the Managing Director of the Western Australian Department of Transport and Chair of the Western Australian Road Safety Council. Iain has also made significant contributions to OECD/International Transport Forum road safety projects and reports.
